6 chicken thighs1 lg chicken breast cut int 2 pc.2 lg, onions chopped 2 lg, garlic cloves1 sprig fresh rosemary leaves onlysalt and pepper to tasteoregano 1 tsptarragon 1 tspred pepper flakes to taste1 cup chicken stock1 cup dry white wine

marinate chicken 2 hrs in garlic and rosemary salt pepper and i tbs olive oil heat pan and sear chicken,until browned remove and add the onions celery portabella to pot sear until onions are browned then you add the wine, tomatosauce chicken stock bring to a boil add the chicken and red pepper flakes,oregano and tarragon
cook for apx. 20 min or unti done. serve w/ rice , quinoa or potato.
