3/4 Cup Quaker Oats3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1 1/2 Cup Soy Milk2 Eggs1/4 Cup Splenda (or less)3 Tblspn Walnuts (chopped)
Directions
Makes 10 waffle squares - Serving Size 1 Waffle square

Combine oats, flour, soda, powder and salt.

Cook in Waffle maker. Be sure to spray the waffle maker with nonstick spray as there is no oil in the recipe.
