Chicken Salad

Ingredients
10 oz chopped chicken breast no bone/skinyellow mustard 9 tsp or 3 tblspreduced fat mayo 3 tbspCalories 200gFat 5.5gCarbs 4.8gSugar 1.5
Directions
Poach chicken breasts depending on size and thickness 10-30 minutes.
(I used straight from the freezer took about 30 min)

When chiken done chop or put in food processor until small bits

Add mayo,mustard pepper to taste..I don't use salt if used will change the sodium calculation of recipe.

I serve on a bed of mixed greens..can be used for salad or sandwich..just as you would use tuna.
