Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
Calories: 334.9Fat: 3.2gProtien: 55.2gCarbs:22.0gSugar:8.8 g16 oz Shrimp peeled1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce1/2 tbsp rice vinegar1c fat free chicken broth1tsp garlic minced1 tsp ginger minced1 1/2 c broccoli florets3 c snow peas1 yellow bell pepper large-cubed
Directions
Rinse shrimp and drain well

HEAT soy sauce,rice vinegar,and 2 tbsp of broth in saute pan over medium heat. ADD garlic and ginger saute until tender

ADD all veggies into pan, continue to saute, stirring adding more broth as necessary. ADD shrip when veggies are halfway cooked and saute untill veggies are tender and shrimp are opaque.
