1 package General Tso's Chicken Seasoning Mix3TBSP lite soy sauce1/4 cup Splenda sweetner3/4 cup water1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)14 oz boneless skinless (raw) chicken breast cut into chunks
Mix the sauce mix, splenda, lite soy sauce and water and set aside.
Makes 4 servings about 3/4c. each
Preheat wok over medium high heat.
Spray with cooking spray and add chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink in center.
Stir sauce into chicken, stir well,
Bring sauce to boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
