Banana Oatmeal Almond Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 c Oil (olive or canola)3/4 c brown sugar, packed1 egg beaten1 c soymilk plain1 c rolled oats1/2 c almond meal3/4 c flour1 Tbsp baking pwder1/2 tsp allspice2 medium bananas, chopped
Directions
Cream together oil & brown sugar, mix in egg and soymilk. Mix together oats, almond meal, four, baking powder, and allspice. Add to creamed mixture

Stir in bananas. Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin pan, filling almost full.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
