1 Large Cucumber4 Roma Tomatoes1 Medium Yellow Onion6 Tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Parmesan Salad Dressing
Peel, dice/slice/julienne to your choosing. Combine ingredients. Add 6 tbsp salad dressing. Makes approx. 6-1 cup servings.
Extra yummy when chilled for 1 hr prior to serving. Compliments a veggie or turkey burger well.
You can make it even more low cal by replacing the salad dressing with a little vinegar, lemon, salt & pepper
