Asain Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground turkey or chicken breast, lean2 tbsp hoisin sauce2 or 3 finely minced garlic cloves2 tbsp finely chopped ginger1/4 c finely minced red bell pepper2 medium green onions, finely chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with hands, mixture will be sticky. Drop by teaspoonful onto a lightly oiled baking sheet, bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes.
