Turkey Polska Kielbasa Jambalaya

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil1/5 small onion, chopped1 c Minute Brown Rice1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce1/2 c V8 juice(use spicy if you desire)2 cloves of garlic, minced1 c canned diced tomatoes, no salt added, undrained1 tsp creole seasoning1 c low sodium chicken broth8 oz turkey polska kielbasa, sliced in approx 1/2-1" slices
Directions
Add oil to large skillet, add garlic and onion, cook on med hi for about 1 minute. Add sausage, cook til starts to brown. Turn heat down to med, stir in tomatoes, V8, chicken broth, creole seasoning and tabasco. Let cook about 5 min. Add rice and let cook an additional 5 min(until rice is tender)

    Yes, tho a good portion of the salt content is from the polska kielbasa and the seasoning. If you cut out the seasoning, or just decreased by half, that number would surely greatly decrease. But, if this is the worse of my current day's intake, then going to leave this recipe as is.
