*Salmon (canned), Trader Joe's Red, 1 can*Black Beans - Harris Teeter - 1 canOlive Oil, 3 1tsp*Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce, 4 tspSalt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dashGarlic powder, .5 tspCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) choppedSpinach, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
