Panko crust talapia

Ingredients
4-4 oz. Talapia fillet1-lg. egg2-tblsp flour2-tsps Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend*bread1 cup Panko bread crumbs4 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
In a shallow dish combine flour and Mrs. Dash lemon pepper. In another shallow dish add panko bread crumbs. In a bowl beat egg.

Heat evoo in skillet. Dredge fish in flour mixture, then dip in egg and bread with panko. Cook in skillet approx. 3 mins on each side.
