BBQ Thai Turkey Burger Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 medium onion (yellow)1 package Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast6 tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce1 jalapeno pepper, or hot pepper (I like the colored ones that come in a pack of red, yellow and green, use ONLY ONE! HOT HOT!) 3 large lettuce leafs per serving
Directions
Chop onion. Dice hot pepper into fine pieces. Cook the onion until clear. Set aside. Cook the turkey burger. Add the onion, hot pepper and BBQ sauce. Mix together, keep on heat until heated through. Serve in a small bowl with spoon/fork with large lettuce leafs on the side. Spoon desired amount from individual serving onto lettuce leaf, wrap like a taco and enjoy!
