Spicy White Bean Dip

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 small Onion, chopped4 Garlic cloves, chopped15 oz can Navy beans, drained and rinsed3 Tbsp Lemon Juice1 Tbsp Rosemary1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground red pepper1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Heat oil in skillet, add onion and reduce heat to medium. Saute until tender. Add garlic and cook one minute, stirring frequently (don't allow to brown). Remove skillet from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Scrape onion mixture into blender. Add beans and remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
