Sweet & Sour Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
4 cups shredded cabbage (bagged shredded cabbage is fine!)1/2 cup shredded carrot1/3 cup each minced onion and celery1/2 cup craisins or raisinssalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup low fat mayonaise2 Tblsp rice vinegar2 packets splenda1 Tblsp lemon juice1/2 teas celery seed
Directions
Combine cabbage and all vegetables.

In a separate mixing bowl, mix mayo, splenda, vinegars, celery seed, salt and pepper.

Toss with cabbage.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
