Ingredients
Pasta cooked - 16 oz.Shrimp cooked- 12 ozSpinach 2 cupsOlive oil - 1 tbspTomatoes - 2 mediumParmesian Cheese grated- .5 cup
Directions
Cook pasta in boiling water till sift. Drain. Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add spinach and tomatoes till they are warmed through. Add shrimp and pasta. Stir in cheese and serve.

    Very, very bland. I had to had 4 times more cheese salt, pepper, oregano, and basil (to taste) just to get flavor. However after addig this in it was pretty good. I give this recipe 2 stars because it's only a good base for starting a recipe; it doesn't stand on its own - 9/5/09
