Garlic Butter dipping sauce for Shrimp

1 stick unsalted butter2 tablespoons lemon juice2 tablespoons dry white wine1 clover garlic (6 grams)1 teaspoon dried parsley1 teaspoon dried chives1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Makes approx 5 ounces of garlic butter with .5 ounce per serving.
Melt butter on low heat. Once butter starts to melt add garlic and sautee. Do not burn garlic.
Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, then simmer 2 minutes.
Use as dipping sauce for grilled shrimp.
Grilled Shrimp
1. Spray deveined shrimp with Canola Oil
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill 1-2 minutes per side, until opaque.
Serve with warm Garlic Butter dipping sauce.
