Ingredients
1 cucumber750g yogurt, plain, no fat3 cups of water1/2 cup of walnuts1-2 pinches of dried dill, or about 1/2 cup fresh dill3-4 cloves garlic
Directions
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
Chop cucumber in small pieces. Finely dice garlic. Crush walnuts. Mix together.
Stir yogurt with water, add above mixture, sprinkle with dill. Refrigerate. Enjoy.
