Simple Granola

Ingredients
4 c rolled oats1/2 c wheat germ1/2 c oat bran1/4 c flax seed meal1/2 c real maple syrup1/4 c oil1 1/2 c dried fruit (I used raisins and a dried fruit mix for fruitcake)
Directions
Combine dry ingredients (except for dried fruit) in a large bowl. Stir together maple syrup and oil and pour over dry ingredients. Toss until coated.

Bake at 250 ~30-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so so it doesn't burn.

Once it is cool, add dried fruit. Store in an air tight container. My grandmother always said "If you are eating more than 1/4 c of this, you are overeating." Enjoy with yogurt.
