Ingredients
1. Good Morning Wrap:-1 flour Tortilla 8 inches - 1/4 C pineapple chunks or peices - 1/2 of a Banana sliced - 1/4 C granola - 1/2 C Cottage Cheese - lowfat 1% - 1/2 T honey
Directions
Directions: put a wet paper towel over the tortilla and heat it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to make it flexible. add all of the ingredients above and wrap like a burrito.
