Ingredients
1 large egg2 Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage patties1 slice of toasted whole wheat bread lightly sprayed with butter substitute
Directions
In a non stick skillet, brown the turkey patties, remove patties to a plate. In the same skillet put a beaten egg and let cook and set. When done on one side flip for a few moments till cooked. Toast the whole wheat toast in a toaster and spritz with butter substitute spray. To assemble, place the egg on the toast and top with sausage. Enjoy!
