* *La Banderita Low Carb Low Fat Whole Wheat Tortilla [1 tortilla = 1 serving], 6 serving * Yellow Bell Pepper, 1/2 vegatable * *Bell Pepper (Green), 1/2 * *Bell pepper, red, 1/2 * Salsa, 1 cup * Sour Cream, fat free, 1 cup * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * *Great Value Colby/Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese, 1 cup * *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 pound * Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp * Pepper, black, .5 tbsp * *Lawry's Seasoning Salt1 tsp
Saute onion, green pepper, and ground turkey with spices until done. Stuff 1/6th of mixture into each tortilla along with 1/6th of the cheese. Cover with salsa. Fold tortillas and place into a greased glass pan.
Bake at 370 for 10 minutes.
Top with sour cream.
