1 package Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat rotini, cooked according to package (omitting salt and fat), and rinsed under cold water1 c. carrots, peeled and chopped1 c. onion, chopped1 c. red pepper, seeded and chopped1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped1 c. Wish-Bone Italian dressing2 tbsp. McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning100 grams Hormel turkey pepperoni
Cook pasta according to package; drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
Combine vegetables, pepperoni, salad dressing, and seasoning in a very large bowl. Add pasta. Toss all to combine. Let sit at least one hour before serving.
