Delicious!! I halved the recipe and left out the bacon (I don't like it : ) and mixed some of the Mozzarella into the rice/meat mixture before baking. Sprinkled with some Parmesan on top, served with some steamed veggies and you go a very filling meal! - 6/18/10

OK I really want to make this for my dinner tomorrow but I as well am worried about amount of calories and fat in this meal so I put in all the stuff into the calorie counter and went with brown rice, ground turkey and turkey bacon and cut cals to 198.5 and fat to 10.1 grams . Thanks for sharing. - 6/3/10

This was absolutely delicious. The only thing I can say though going by the information a serving would be about 3/4 cup. I am going to try to cut down the calories so I can have just a bit more. Thanks for sharing. - 6/4/10

Rice isn't in the "view breakdown by ingredient" thing, does that mean it isn't included in the full calorie content? - 8/2/10

If you use the store bought Real bacon bits (I use Hormel), it's only 25 calories per Tablespoon! - 5/22/10

Looks delicious, but to cut down on the FAT in this receipe, I'm going to try ground turkey instead of ground beef -- I absolutely LOVE bacon, but how can we cut the fat out of it? Drain well and dab grease I suppose... - 5/20/10
