Libbi's Breakfast Cassarole

Ingredients
12 eggs1lb turkey sausage1/2 cup mushrooms1/2 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup broccoli, chopped into small florettes1 2.8 oz package of real bacon pieces3/4 cup Low fat Cheddar Cheese1 tbsp sage1 tbsp olive oilsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a non-stick frying pan, brown the sausage with sage. Add in onion, mushrooms, bacon pieces, & broccoil. Saute about 5 minutes. Coat 9x13in baking glass dish with olive oil. Scramble eggs inside baking dish. Pour meat & veggie mixture into glass dish. Stir in cheese. Add salt & pepper to taste. Slowly stir well.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Check middle with a fork to make sure it's cooked through.
