Sautéed Zucchini

Ingredients
4 cloves of garlic3 medium zucchini sliced 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
1. Peel and dice the garlic while heating the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.

2. Add garlic and zucchini. Stir occasionally. Cook until zucchini is lightly browned.

Serves 4.

    I, too, mix the yellow squash with the zucchini. I add sliced onions, bell pepper, herbs, and a little organic, range free chicken broth. There's nothing like home grown fresh vegetables. - 6/7/08

    to spice it up a little more i sprinkle some itlaian flavored bread crumbs on top after it get heated and before it browns on the first side flip and add a little more, makes it crispy. - 6/7/08
