2tbsp EVOO3 tbsp Butter(or margarine)1 Clove Garlic8 slices Itallian bread2 slices provalone (or 1 cup shredded)2 slices mozzarella ((or 1 cup shredded)1/2 cup parmesean1cup Asiago
~Heat the EVOO,butter and Garlic in a sauce pan until butter is melted (1-2 min)
~brush mixture on one side of the bread slices
~Place 4 of the slices down on a Med-Low skillet or grill pan
top with cheeses then top with remaining 4 slices of bread with butterd side up
~cook till brown one one side then flip and cook till cheese is melted
