1 lb pork tenderloin sliced1 large onion (sweet) sliced3 garlic cloves chopped1 cup quartered portabella or other mushrooms2 cups water 1 chicken broth cube.tarragon and rosemary salt pepper to taste.
brown the sliced pork and add the sliced onions cook until browned as well ,add the chopped garlic salt pepper to taste.
add a pinch of tarragon and rosemary. add the water and bulion cube. simmer until meat is tender.
