Miso-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced2tbsp white miso1tbsp tahini2tsp rice vinegar1tsp mirin or sweet sherry1lb salmon filet
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F
In small bowl, whisk together garlic, miso, tahini, vinegar and sherry (mirin)
Spread miso mixture evenly over surface of salmon. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Makes 4 servings.
