Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 onion, chopped1 green pepper, chopped1 cup frozen roasted corn or similar1 cup raisins1/2 cup chopped pitted black olives1/2 cup chopped pitted green olives1 tbs cinnamon1 tsp cuminOptional: replace or chop any leftover vegetables and add.
Directions
Brown ground beef. While browning, chop garlic, onion and pepper, and/or any other vegetables you wish to add.

Drain browned meat. Add onion, pepper and garlic, saute. Add tomato paste and then all other ingredients. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or so. To reduce saltiness, reduce olives.
