Easy Chicken Bake

Ingredients
1 pkg. Stove top Cornbread Stuffing Mix1 c. hot water1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-in. pieces. 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup1/3 c. sour cream16 oz of vegetables, thawed and drained (any you prefer, beans are a great addition)
Directions
1. Prehear oven to 400 F. Sprinkle 1/2 c. of the dry stuffing mix evenly on bottom of 13X9-inch baking dish; set aside. Add hot water to remaining stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
2. Place chicken over dry stuffing mix in baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream, and vegetables; soon over chicken. TOp with prepared stuffing mix.
3. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
