Chili Con Carne with Beans

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef Lean4 Tbsp Flour1tsp Salt4 Tbsp Chili Powder3 cups Water15 oz can Pinto Beans (or kidney beans, drained)diced onion and grated cheese for garnish
Directions
Brown Meat and drain. Add flour, salt, chilli powder and water. Bring to a boil. Add beans. Simmer over low heat for 30 min. Garnish with onions and/or cheese. I like to serve over fritos to make a frito pie. Or try with some corn bread.
