Turkey and ham fried rice

Ingredients
1lb ground Turkey2 cups diced Ham (good from leftovers)3 cups cooked rice2 cups scrambled eggs1 bellpepper1 onionseason to taste
Directions
put rice cooking in rice pot or stove whichever you normaly use. Cook turkey with onion and bell pepper set aside. Cook eggs and add to meat mix, add ham to same mix and when rice is done add it to mix aswell. done and enjoy. you can add soy or sweet and sour sauce but it is not added in the nutritional facts.
