Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 Tbsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1 cup mashed bananas1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 egg1/4 cup honey1/8 tsp salt1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together in bowl. Mash bananas well and mix all wet ingredients together in with flour mixture. Stir until all combined. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
