Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 T. hot sauce 2 t. paprika 1 1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast Nonstick spray 1/2c. light mayo1/2c. reduced fat crumbled bleu cheese 1 t. vinegar 6 c. shredded romaine lettuce 1c. chopped celery 1c. shredded carrots
Directions
1. Mix together the hot sauce and paprika in a large bowl; add the chicken tenders and toss to coat.
2. Grill about 8 min. on each side.
3. Whisk together the mayo, blue cheese, and vinegar in a serving bowl. Add the lettuce, carrots, and celery. Toss to combine; layer chicken tenders on top and serve.
