2 Cups Baby Lima Beans1 Medium Onion5 slices Kroger Thick Cut Bacon6 cups of water5 bullion cubesSalt/pepper to tasteCayanne Pepper to taste100 grams Mushrooms (more if you like em)
Soak and sort as usual for beans
Add bullion, onion, to beans as you start to cook them.
Chop up bacon into 1/2 slices and seperate and add them to the stock.
Bring to a boil, add cayanne pepper and mushrooms, boil for about 5 mins, reduce heat, uncover and let simmer on medium low until beans are fork tender.
Serves about 8
