Ingredients
-200g frozen berries-300ml skimmed milk-100g fat free cottage cheese-5 tsp granulated sweetener-1 tsp vanilla extract-(Crumbled biscuits - optional)
Directions
-First blend the milk and cottage cheese well to get rid of any lumps.
-Next add the fruit, pulsing and blending until the mixture is smooth
-Add the sweetener and vanilla extract and blend for one more minute.
-If you want, add some crumbled digestive biscuits on top to serve.
