Garlic Parmesean Pita Chips

Ingredients
Nonstick Cooking Spray2 whole-wheat pita bread rounds (7 inch wide)1.5 Tbsp melted butter2 Tbsp. grated Parmesean Cheese1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp dried Italian Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Cut each pita in half. Seperete each half into two thin pieces. Brush each side with butter. Stack on top of each other, slice into four wedges (I use a pizza cutter). Arrange on baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese, garlic powder and seasoning evenly on wedges.

Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool + serve with choice of dip.

Makes 32 chips.
