Shawn's Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
3 cups broccoli florets (about 3 heads)1 cup part-skim mozzarella, shredded4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled1/2 red onion, diced3 Tbsp. sunflower seedsDressing:3/4 cup Miracle Whip Light1/3 cup Splenda2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Directions
Mix dressing and combine all ingredients. I recommend adding the bacon just before serving to keep it from getting too soft.

Makes approximately 12 servings.
