Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients
3/4 cup each fresh blueberries and raspberries, 1/2 cup each 2% milk and Odwalla Superfood Micronutrient Juice, 1 scoop Genesis Today Fiber Supplement, 1/4 Kashi Go-Lean Crunch Cereal, 2 TBL almond butter 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, few ice cubes
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and mix. Makes enough for 2 servings. I know this seems high in calories, but I've been having a really hard time meeting even the bare minimum calories as well as the other nutrients, so my trainer suggested a smoothie as a way to beef up my intake so I could get out of starvation mode. This is thick, but I find it very satisfying.
