leftover roast turkey: 100g. dark meat turkey and 100g. light meat 1 tbsp mayonnaise2 tsp. prepared brown or coarse mustard1 ripe haas avocado1/4 tsp. dill weed1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
chop turkey into small pieces or grind coarsely. Chop avocado into small dice. Put avocado and turkey in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, and dill weed. Mix to desired consistency. Use as sandwich filler.
