Mini Mushroom & Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
Cooking spray1 lb ground turkey1/2 cup of chopped onions1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms, fresh1/2 cup Whole Grain Cheezits, crushed1/4 cup egg substitute1 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon garlic salt1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce2 tablespoons ketchup1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
Combine ground turkey, chopped onions, chopped mushrooms, crushed up cheezits, egg substitute, pepper, garlic salt, worchestershire sauce, ketchup and thyme into mixing bowl.
Mix very well.
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
Fill muffin tins with Turkey/Mushroom mixture to top of each cup.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
