Low Cal Low Fat Low Carb Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 Cup instant brown rice ( Uncooked)1 pound 73% lean browned and drained Ground beef2 Cups Sugar Snap Pea Stir Fry Mix1 Large egg (Scrambled)5 Tbsp Liguid egg whites (Scrambled)2 Tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
Directions
Makes 8-1 cup servings
1)Boil Rice, drain and mix with sugar snap pea mix and set aside.
2)Brown ground beef, drain and add to rice and veggie mix
3)Scramble whole egg and egg whites in pan and add to mix
4) In large skillit combine remaining ingreadients and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
SERVE AND ENJOY

    I started a recipe makeover and first confirmed the calculator gives the same carb number. Then I removed the rice and added cauliflower (thinking I could "rice" it in the shredder),but the carb count went up to 4. So maybe I'll try it as is. Looks good. - 6/1/15

    This Recipe is not low fat. 15.6g of fat is way too much to be considered "low fat". Low Calorie compared to most fried rice? Sure, but definitely not low fat - 9/29/12
