32 oz (2 cans) Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans, no fat16 oz Sour Cream, reduced fat12 oz Guacamole12 oz Pace Chunky Salsa, mild2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded2 medium tomatoes, diced1 bunch of scallions (green onions), slicedPan - 1 standard rectangle cake pan or 2 small square (9X9) cake pans
Heat beans over low heat until warm. Combine a handful of cheese and a spoonful of salsa with the beans. Spread beans along bottom of pan(s). Chill pan in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Layer the sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on top of the beans. Sprinkle remaining cheese onto the salsa. Top with the tomatoes and scallions.
For best results, chill at least an hour before serving with your favorite chips.
