6 cups of water3 chicken thighs2 cans of kidney beans2 cans of rotel tomates2 packets of taco seasoning1 small bag frozen ccornshredded chesse, sliced or chopped avocado ,sour cream ,and tortillia chips.optional
boil chicken in water and taco seasoning,until chicken is cooked throuh.debone and remove fat, and skin from chicken and shredd. put back into liquid. add beans, tomatoes, and corn (undrained).
simmer until vegetables are warmed through.
