Tex Mex Salad

Ingredients
15 oz can Black Beans, rinsed and drained15 oz can Garbanzo Beans, drained7.5 oz (1/2 can) kernel corn, drained1/2 cup onion, finely diced1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro1 cup red bell pepper, diced2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped1/4 T. lime juice1 tsp. ground black peppersalt to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with crumbled tortilla chips mixed in for texture.

Makes 8 one cup servings, with 1/4 ounce of tortilla chips crumbled in each serving.
