Chili Tomato Turkey Mush

Ingredients
Olive Oil, .25 1tsp Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup Garlic powder, 1 tsp Lawry's Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato Marinade w/ Minced Garlic..., 6 tbsp Jenny O Ground Turkey 93/7 Lean, 336 gram(s) McCormick Grill Mates, Roasted Garlic & Herb, .25 tbsp Kidney beans in chili sauce, Tesco, 100 gram(s) Green Bell Pepper, 1 cup in strips
Directions
Cook rice as per directions. Spray frying pan with a little olive oil and put over medium heat. When pan is ready add the onion and pepper to cook until onion is translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 35 min. I added the rice and cooked it all together for the last few minutes and served with a side and put a dollop of sour cream on the top. Enjoy!
