Sweet Potato Pound Cake

CAKE:1 c. butter2 c. sugar2 1/2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes4 eggs3 c. flour1/4 tsp. salt2 tsp. soda1/2 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. flaked coconutICING:1 lb. box confectioners' sugarGrated rind of 1 orangeGrated rind of 1 lemonJuice of 1 lemonJuice of 1 orange
For cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add sweet potatoes and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Combine dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Add vanilla, nuts, and coconut. Pour mixture into greased 10 inch tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until cake test done. Spread with icing while warm.
For icing:
Combine all ingredients, slowly adding enough orange juice to make spreading consistency.
