1 1/2 lb. lean ground beefchopped onion to tastebunch of carrots6 large potatoesl stalk of celery with leaves1/4 c. cabbage64 oz. of tomato juice64 oz of water
Brown ground beef and onion in soup stock pan. Add tomato juice and water. Shred or chop all the vegs. and add. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer until done. This is better the second time around.
