Ingredients
Honey, 1 cupAdams 100% Natural Peanut Butter, 1 cup*Syntrax Nectar (1 cup) {you can substitute for carob powder or powdered milk to reduce protein to 6g per serving and fat to 11g per serving}Flaxseed, .5 cupSunflower Seeds, with salt added, .5 cup
Directions
Mix honey and peanut butter together until smooth and blended well. Gradually add in protein powder at 0.3 cup increments until thoroughly mixed. Stir in flaxseeds and sunflower seeds. Press into an bar pan lined with parchment paper and press into a 1 inch thickness. Chill for 1 hour, cut into 24 pieces- this makes 12 servings.
