Homemade Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 whole Chicken Breast, Bone & Skin Removed1 tbsp Olive Oil1 cup Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)1 cup Pecans, chopped 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon1.5 cup Seedless Grapes1 cup fennel, sliced
Directions
1. Rub olive oil on chicken breasts
2. Bake chicken at 350 for 25 minutes (or internal temperature is 170)
3. Remove skin and bone, and chop into bite size pieces
4. Mix the chopped tarragon with the mayo
5. Combine mayo mixture with chicken, grapes, fennel, and pecans in a bowl.
